Yes. Click "Create XMR Wallet" to generate a new wallet with a new seed phrase, separate from any existing wallets. Each wallet has its own independent 25-word seed phrase that you must back up separately.

XMRWallet is a wallet, not an exchange — you cannot buy XMR on it directly. To acquire XMR, use a cryptocurrency exchange that lists it in your jurisdiction, a peer-to-peer platform, or a Bitcoin-to-Monero atomic swap. After acquiring XMR, withdraw it to your XMRWallet address for self-custody.

Not directly. XMRWallet transacts on the Monero network; to convert XMR to fiat currency and transfer it to a bank account, you need to send XMR to an exchange that supports XMR and your fiat currency, then sell through the exchange and withdraw fiat.

Monero transactions are broadcast to the network almost immediately, but require 10 block confirmations before the received funds become fully spendable. At Monero's average block time of approximately 2 minutes, this is roughly 20–21 minutes under normal network conditions. Network congestion can occasionally extend this.

Monero transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is broadcast to the network, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified — not by XMRWallet, not by anyone. XMRWallet has no control over the Monero blockchain. Always double-check the recipient address before sending. Copy-paste address replacement (where malware silently substitutes a different address when you paste) is a real attack vector; verify the first and last several characters of any pasted address against the original.

Yes. Provide your XMRWallet public address (or a subaddress generated from it) to your mining pool when configuring payout settings. Mining rewards will appear in your wallet once they have been confirmed on the blockchain.

If you lose your seed phrase and have no other backup copy, your XMR is permanently inaccessible. XMRWallet does not store your seed on any server — it has no way to recover it for you. There is no account recovery, no customer support workaround, and no override available. This is why making physical paper backups of your seed phrase immediately upon wallet creation, stored in multiple secure locations, is the most important action you take with any non-custodial wallet.
